Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if:

The product remains unused and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, perfumes that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds are issued only for eligible returns and may take 5–7 business days to complete, depending on the payment method used.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
